Sustainable Practices
Check out our Sustainable Practices
Pedregal Suites is dedicated to protecting the natural environment that has given us so much. Our management and staff utilize as many sustainable practices as we can to ensure we leave the smallest ecological footprint as possible on the stunning destination of Cabo San Lucas, and we encourage our guests to do the same.
We are particularly proud of our sophisticated, powerful water plant that desalinizes the ocean water, turns it into usable water and delivers it underground to all the homes in Pedregal, whereas other communities receive their water from trucks. Los Cabos is in a desert, so water is a precious resource. We are grateful for the access and our guests benefit too.
We preserve the natural beauty of Cabo San Lucas by implementing the following sustainable practices, while at the same time providing comfort for our guests
- We use bulk dispensers for toiletries, soap and shampoo.
- The common kitchen is stocked with ceramic or reusable dinner plates, and silverware.
- Guests are encouraged to reuse their towels so as to diminish the water wasted during their cleaning. We replace towels left on the floor.
- The hot tub is heated upon request to conserve gas which is refilled by the municipality.
